A 6 week course designed to improve your fitness, co-ordination, strength and flexibility further again. This course will exercise your pole tricks that step further with grace and confidence. Every week, you will learn new tricks and skills.
The exercise benefits of pole Dancing are equivelent to a gym workout, but here, you will learn professional skills from the experts.
